Selection Process and Performance Slot Availability

The Unfiltered Artist Showcase receives a high volume of submissions, and performance slots are limited. Submission does not guarantee selection for a live performance. Artists are selected at the sole discretion of the event organizers based on various criteria, including but not limited to event flow, diversity of genre, and timing. Due to limited space and time constraints, not all submissions will be offered a live performance slot.

 

Entries must be submitted by the stated deadline. Late entries will not be considered. By submitting, you acknowledge and accept that the selection process is competitive and subjective, and you waive any right to dispute or take legal action regarding the outcome of the selection process.

Tickets and Donations

Once You have purchased your ticket(s) or submitted a donation to participate as a performer there will be no refunds, re-bookings or cancellations.

 

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the website. The Goods available on Our Service may be described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the website and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

 

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

2. Non-Refundable Offers

 

Ticket fees and donations paid to Unfiltered Artist Showcase are non-refundable. Once transactions are completed no refunds will be issued for any ticket sales for events or registration donations.
 

3. Acceptance of Policy

Payments

All Goods and Tickets purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

 

In-app Purchases

The Application may include In-app Purchases that allow you to buy products, services or Subscriptions.

By signing below, I understand and accept the activities taking place involve potential risk of physical injury and related damages. I acknowledge and accept all risk associated with this activity and agree to release Unfiltered Artist Showcase, Ramon Ivey, Brianne Robinson Ward, Chosen on the Beat, DJ Radio Raymond T, DJ Dennis Blaze, The Soap Factory and the directors of this (these) service(s) from all suits, claims, or demands of every kind and character arising out of and in connection with, the service provided by Unfiltered Artist Showcase. I do hereby officially release Unfiltered Artist Showcase, Ramon Ivey, Brianne Robinson Ward, Chosen on the Beat, DJ Radio Raymond T, DJ Dennis Blaze, The Soap Factory the venue owners, staff and volunteers in charge, from all actions, demands or claims that may result because of injury. I further certify that I do not have an ailment or organic disability of any kind that would make participation in these activities dangerous to my health.

I understand that I am to receive no compensation for registration or participation in events produced by Unfiltered Artist Showcase and their team. The Producer(s) shall have complete ownership of the recorded material(s). I give the Producer(s) the right to use my name, likeness and biographical material to publicize the recorded material(s) and the offers of the Producer(s).

The Producer(s) may: 1. Photograph me and record my voice and likeness, whether by film, videotape, magnetic tape, digitally or otherwise; 2. Make copies of the photographs and recordings so made; 3. Use my name and likeness for the purposes of education, promotion or advertising or the sale or trading in the photographs, recordings and any copies so made. I further understand the master tape remains the property of the Producer(s) and that there will be no restrictions on the number of times that my name and likeness may be used.
 

Image and Likeness Release

As a participant of Unfiltered Artist Showcase., you hereby grant permission to Ramon Ivey, Brianne Robinson Ward, Chosen on the Beat, DJ Radio Raymond T, DJ Dennis Blaze, The Soap Factory and affiliates give rights to the company to use your image and likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image or recording. You also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.

Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to:

 

• Presentations;

• Courses;

• Online/Internet Videos;

• TV Media;

• Social Media

• News (Press);

 

By participating in any event, including but not limited to workshops, auditions, rehearsals, performances, vendor or volunteer, you understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of you may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting.

You will not be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recording for any purpose. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. By participating as talent, vendor or volunteer, you acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. You hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational or promotional purposes.

 

Your Feedback to Us

You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

Ramon Ivey Creatives LLC, Ramon Ivey, the "Designer", will remain the owner of the website, all design assets and contents of the website and branding - including copy, e-mail and/or username(s) and password(s) of the hosting company until a formal contract and legal registration of the company which includes all participating parties is agreed upon and signed. 
Once a formal contract is signed, rights and published works will then be partly shared with the members of the LLC. The Designer will remain co-owner of the design project with limitations to works that have been patented, trade marked or protected by copyrights.
